TERMS & CONDITIONS — SNAPARTFOTO 1. WHO WE ARE Snapart Photography, Malta. For any question about these terms or your order, email info@snapartfoto.com. 2. WHAT THESE TERMS COVER These terms apply to everything you buy through this site: ceremony photographs, digital downloads, prints, frames, albums, photoshoot packages and print-shop items. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our separate Refunds & Cancellations policy, and how we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy — both are linked in the footer of every page. 3. PRICES AND PAYMENT All prices are shown in euro and include VAT. You can pay online by card, or by bank transfer where offered; bank-transfer orders are confirmed once the transfer reaches us. Your order confirmation is sent by email. 4. PREPAID PACKAGES Packages are bought before your ceremony and each package belongs to one graduate — it covers one photoshoot and that graduate's photo selection, and cannot be shared between two graduates. Once your ceremony's photos are published on the site, sign in and select the photos included in your package. The packages on offer, their prices and their contents may change or be withdrawn at any time, but the package you have already bought keeps the terms it was bought with. Your package-holder discount. Buying a package also gives you a discount on anything further you order for the same ceremony — additional photographs, prints, canvases and upgrades — across as many further orders as you wish. The discount is currently 5% and runs for 90 days from the date we email you to say your photos are ready, not from the date you bought your package. The rate and the period that apply to your package are confirmed in your package confirmation email. When that period ends, standard prices apply; your photographs stay available to order, only the discount expires. 5. THE PHOTOSHOOT (for packages that include one) Family and friends are welcome to join the photoshoot within your package. Studio shoots need no appointment — we run around six studios at the same time and keep waiting to a minimum. If someone in your group uses a walking aid or needs extra assistance, let us know beforehand and we will schedule a time for you so there is no waiting. Our photographers are trained to deliver a professional shoot in a short time — a shoot lasts about 30 minutes. We photograph the graduate individually in different poses, then together with family and/or friends, and then some fun photos if you wish. As a general estimate you will receive around 25 fully edited digital photos (this is an estimate, not a guarantee). One photoshoot per graduate: a friend who graduated in the same ceremony can join you for a couple of photos together, but we will not take individual photos of them during your shoot — they are welcome to book their own. Some people ask for only two or three family photos — from experience, they nearly always end up wanting more. At this price we suggest you leave it in our hands and take the full set: it takes no longer, and it makes sure no pose and no family member is missed, with a mix of formal and relaxed photos. Pets are not allowed in studio shoots. If you book an on-location (outdoor) shoot you may bring your pet; whether pets are allowed at the ceremony itself is up to the venue, so please check with them. 6. CEREMONY PHOTO CATEGORIES Official Photo — the formal photo after you graduate, scroll in hand, taken after you leave the stage. Graduates line up for this one; our assistants will help with your pose and make sure your gown is sitting perfectly. Signing — the photo of you signing for your degree, taken during the ceremony before the official photo. We introduced this in recent years and it has become a favourite. Handshake — taken on stage as you are presented with your certificate; there is usually also a photo of the hat being placed on your head. Candids — photos taken throughout the ceremony, mainly in the quad or courtyard. Group photos are found in the candids section — and our site assistant can help you find them if you ask. 7. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS Purchased digital photos are delivered as a download link tied to your account. Download links stay valid for about one month, so please download your photos promptly and keep your own copy. If your link expires before you managed to download, contact us and we will re-issue it. 8. HOW LONG CEREMONY PHOTOS STAY AVAILABLE Ceremony photos generally remain available on the site for about one year. After that they may be moved to archive storage: orders placed more than a year after the ceremony may carry an additional retrieval charge on top of the prices shown, and we cannot guarantee that all photos remain available indefinitely. 9. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS See our Refunds & Cancellations policy (linked in the footer) for when orders can be cancelled or refunded, including the special rules for digital downloads and made-to-order prints. 10. Photographer allocation for on-location shoots. When you book an on-location photoshoot you choose a time with a named photographer, and we will do our best to honour that choice. If that photographer becomes unavailable for re asons outside our control — illness, injury, an emergency or similar — we may assign another of our photographers to your booking. Your date, time and location stay the same, and the shoot will be of the same standard. Where we can, we will tell you in advance. A change of photographer for these reasons does not entitle you to a refund or to cancel the booking 11.Weather and outdoor locations. On-location shoots take place outdoors and depend on the weather. If, in our reasonable judgement, the weather on the day makes the outdoor location unsafe or unworkable (for example heavy rain, strong wind or a storm warning), we will offer you a studio shoot at our premises on the same day, at your booked time or the nearest available time that day. The studio shoot is of the same length and is covered by your package in full. If you prefer not to switch to the studio, we will offer you the next available on-location date instead; a weather-related change made under this clause does not entitle you to a refund. We will contact you as early as we can on the day, using the mobile number and email on your booking, so please keep them up to date. 12. PUNCTUALITY OF APPOINTMENTS (mini-shoots and on-location shoots) Your outside mini-shoot or on-location photoshoot is booked for a fixed time with a fixed photographer. Because of the busy ceremony-week schedule we are unable to change your appointment once it is booked. If something crops up, please tell us immediately at info@snapartfoto.com or by phone: we will do our best to help, and we can offer alternatives so that you do not miss out on photos on other days, but a missed or late appointment does not entitle you to a refund. Please plan ahead for traffic and parking and be at the agreed location about 10 minutes before your shoot starts. 13. CONTACT Snapart Photography, Malta — info@snapartfoto.com.
